Families currently living outside the UK can apply for a place in Junior or Senior School.
Kelvinside Academy is a licensed UKVI Student sponsorship licence holder.
The form below is for families currently living out with the UK applying for Junior 1 – Senior 6.
Please use the form to apply for a place in either Junior or Senior School.
A £180 application fee is required for each individual application and applications can only be progressed once this payment is received.
The first step in the process is to meet with our Rector or Head of Junior School. If your family are abroad and not able to visit the school in person, then the admissions team will arrange an online call for the family.
Please note that Kelvinside Academy is a day school and no boarding facility is available.

It is important to note that if your child will not be living in the UK with a parent, then they require a legal guardian that is a resident in Glasgow. The child’s family must organise this in advance and be able to provide Kelvinside Academy with official documentation of the legal guardian’s suitability to meet the UKVI rules.
If the family require a sponsored child visa, the full admissions process and UKVI visa stipulations must be met and completed before the school can issue a CAS for the child’s visa application.
