CURRENT VACANCIES

  • Science Technician

    Kelvinside Academy seek a Science Laboratory Technician to undertake duties that support learning in the Science Department for pupils in Senior Prep (Primary 7) – Senior 6. The Science Department comprises a team of seven staff members, including a Head of Faculty. This is a part-time, term-time role, from 08.45-14:45 Monday – Friday, tenable from August 2025.

    The school aims to bring out the best in every pupil, combining high standards of teaching and a superb extra-curricular programme within an inclusive and caring ethos. A willingness to contribute to the wider life of the school is essential. Kelvinside Academy is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. The successful candidate will undertake a PVG Scheme check through Disclosure Scotland.

  • Supply Teacher

    Kelvinside Academy is looking to build up its pool of qualified teachers to provide supply cover on an occasional basis. If you are not permanently employed and wish to apply for Junior School please email jsadmin@kelvinside.org and for Senior School please email reception@kelvinside.org.
